Theo has been in the building industry from 1975 and has successfully delivered over $800 million of construction contract cost during his career, during this period he has worked as a Quantity surveyor internationally and has also been a project manager on multimillion dollar constructions including large government projects.
Theo is a licensed builder and has extensive construction management experiences – Over 38 years in the industry he has worked in Senior Roles at Caldis Cook, Commonwealth Department of Housing & Construction, Citra Constructions, Paynter Dixon, Fyntray Construction, J&CG Constructions.
Theo’s Role is to ensure the job is delivered in line with the construction schedule within budget and in the safest manner.
