March brought with it many exciting milestones for several sites we were working on.
The dual occupancy development in Balgowlah is charging towards the finish line and should be coming up to completion very soon with only a few finishing touches and landscaping to round out the job.
On that side of Sydney, up in Dee Why, the 16 unit development was also nearing the finish line and we hope to see the team unveil it soon.
The commercial fit-off stage back at our Alexandria development was successfully completed and is being readied for the new tenants to move in.
The Bankstown team made amazing progress, from laying the steel, to erecting the crane, the Project Manager – Charlie was able to handle the workload in an efficient and timely manner.
We began construction on a luxury residence development in Mosman, in Sydney’s North Shore. This amazing home was designed by the award winning Ursino Architects who we have worked with on several jobs previously. This project is sure to turn heads and will be a showpiece of the North Shore.
All in all, another positive result from all teams at their respective jobsites.
