April was an exciting month for Dilcara.
First and foremost was the announcement of our next project, Ives Residences in St Ives.
The development consists of 7 Architecturally designed, luxury seniors residences. The boutique complex features lush botanical grounds and private panoramic views as well as secure parking and storage for the grand residences. The entire team is keen on sinking their teeth into this one.
We began to unwrap the Dee Why project and the early shots are exceeding even our own expectations. With any luck the new tenants will be moving in shortly.
Jumping back over to the luxury residence in Mosman and our residential team is making incredible headway.
The site currently under construction in Bankstown is also making incredible progress, with the first two floors and basement already completed.
Next month we’re scheduled to hit some major milestones on several sites, stay tuned.
