November brought with it a giant push of momentum across all of our job sites.
The Bankstown team began with Painting and Rendering of the structure as soon as the crane came down. The double street frontage, corner position of the site makes it a central focal point of the area given it’s height and all can agree that it looks amazing. The finishing trades were in, completing their work and all the services had now been installed. The finish line is in sight!
Over on the other side of the bridge in Neutral Bay, the crew had a busy month! The concrete pour for the Slab On Ground was the major milestone for this month. They also got the walls and columns in, preparing and readying the site for the next pour of the Lower Ground level.
After dealing with a run of some inclement weather in St Ives, the team managed to get back on track with the shotcreting of the basement walls and with a flawless result.
Moving into the final month of the year, we were ready and well prepared for a big one!
