It has been an exciting and extremely busy month for us, with the completion of several projects and the commencement of a new one, June was all hands on deck.
We started off this month with the demolition of our new Design and Construct project in Neutral Bay, with the ground-breaking ceremony set to take place this week. Created by the meticulous minds at PBD architects, the 12 luxury units sit atop a double basement with sweeping views of the city and harbour.
Over in Balgowlah, this project has now been completed and handed over. The development, fittingly titled, “The Cove” is a beautiful and modern dual occupancy dwelling above a single basement. The design was exquisitely created by Cradle Architects and executed by our Project Manager, Antoine. He delivered this project in just under a year, within the specified timeframe and on budget, an excellent result for our client. Congratulations to all involved!
While still on the beaches, we move over to Dee Why where the team, lead by their site manager Tony, are now well and truly in the final stages of construction, working on the Public Domain and landscaping. The Rosina, in Dee Why is an amazing spectacle, with a curved off form concrete façade and expansive glass creating a striking presence.
The Mosman team is making great progress on the luxury residence we’re currently developing for a client. This home designed by Ursino architects has been built with extreme attention to detail, from the premium finishes and technology, to all the bells and whistles one would expect from such a prestigious address.
Now shifting over to Minto in Sydney’s south west, where we’ve recently completed another project handover. This project kicked off when we commenced the Design and Construct contract back in 2020, it consisted of 22 townhouses over a single basement. The project was lead by Site Manager Charlie, his team did an exceptional job in delivering the project with nothing but positive reviews from both our client and their new tenants.
Finally, we round out this months activities in Bankstown at our 32 unit development. The team have started sheeting the internal spaces well ahead of schedule. They’re hitting milestone after milestone and delivering the same amazing quality you see in a Dilcara build.
