Dilcara Construction are the head contractor at the new residential development at 30a – 34 Brougham Street, Potts Point NSW.
The development consists of 13 apartments over basement carparking.
Construction commenced in 2024 and is scheduled for completion in 2026.

POST 1 – 01/05/25
As part of ongoing works at our project located at 30A–34 Brougham Street, Potts Point, we wish to inform you of scheduled electrical works taking place on the following dates:
- Monday, 5th May 2025 between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm
• Tuesday, 6th May 2025 between the hours of 8:00am and 10:30am
To facilitate these works safely, the footpath directly in front of the site will be closed during this time. Qualified traffic controllers will be on-site to assist and safely direct pedestrians across the street.
*in the event of inclement weather the works will be reschedule to another date.

POST 2 – 09/05/25

- Tuesday, 13th May 2025 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm
Wednseday, 4th May 2025 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm
